Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy leading up to 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and business units on the 2026 roadmap and vision.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive technologies, emerging trends, and competitive threats.
- Oversee the proof-of-concept phase for high-risk, high-reward strategic initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical teams effectively.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated to strategic innovation projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, or technical leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term (3-5 year) product and technology roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies including AI, Cloud Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
