Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end creation of a comprehensive strategic vision for the year 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business growth.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global technology trends to identify disruptive innovations (e.g., Gen-AI, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our strategic planning.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to translate complex long-term visions into actionable quarterly milestones.
- Investment Strategy: Assess and recommend R&D investments in emerging technologies that offer the highest ROI for the 2026 timeframe.
- Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of competitor technologies and market positioning to ensure Nexus remains ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex future scenarios to stakeholders, ensuring buy-in for bold, long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, consulting, or product management within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term (5-10 year) technology roadmaps.
- Deep technical acumen with a strong understanding of software architecture, data ecosystems, and emerging tech stacks.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear, strategic directives.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
