Responsibilities
- Define and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs (20+ engineers, designers, and researchers)
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grants
- Drive patent portfolio development targeting 15+ breakthrough innovations
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 CTOs to shape industry standards
- Present strategic vision at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
- Strong background in securing federal/state innovation grants
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or equivalent
