Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision for the organization, aligning cross-functional teams on long-term goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends in generative AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology.
- Build and manage the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, including key milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to prototype future-state technologies.
- Present complex strategic scenarios to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Lead quarterly horizon scans to adapt the 2026 vision in response to global shifts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Strategic Management, Data Science, or Engineering).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic insights.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
