Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging innovations to business opportunities
- Produce executive-grade strategic reports on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for cutting-edge research
- Advise leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent acquisition
- Design innovation incubation programs for high-potential 2026 use cases
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, sustainable tech, neurotech, or space commercialization
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (peer-reviewed journals)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
