- Lead cross-functional initiatives to upskill and reskill employees for the skills gap of 2026.
- Analyze market trends to forecast labor needs and optimize organizational structure.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate evolving data privacy regulations.
- Design hybrid work models and flexible work policies that drive engagement and productivity.
- Present quarterly progress reports to the Board of Directors regarding strategic milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years in strategic planning, organizational development, or technology consulting.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Generative AI, automation trends, and their impact on the future of work.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategy.
