Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company’s goals for 2026 and the wider decade.
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing trends, Spatial Computing) with a focus on high ROI.
- Lead the digital transformation initiatives, overseeing the migration to cloud-native architectures and edge computing solutions.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to design future-of-work models that leverage automation and human-AI collaboration.
- Manage a budget for R&D and technology procurement, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to provide competitive intelligence and mitigate technological risks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or IT Leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations or technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex organizational change.
