Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns emerging technologies with business objectives to drive growth and efficiency.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor and analyze global tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Extended Reality) to identify opportunities for disruption and innovation.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Oversee internal R&D initiatives and pilot programs to test future technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex tech strategies into actionable business insights.
- Competitive Analysis: Benchmark against industry leaders to ensure our technological trajectory remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast technology trends and translate them into long-term business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks, particularly in AI, cloud architecture, and data analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional skills in presenting complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and technical teams alike.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
