Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including quantum algorithms and next-gen neural networks.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, security, and scalability in cloud environments.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Define technical standards and evaluation metrics for AI performance in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical initiatives with a focus on future-forward technologies.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their application to optimization problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
