Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable smart contracts on Ethereum, Solana, or Layer 2 solutions.
- Develop and optimize high-performance decentralized applications (dApps) with a focus on security and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 authentication, wallets, and tokenization features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, audits, and testing to ensure robust security protocols.
- Stay abreast of emerging blockchain protocols, standards, and regulatory frameworks to advise the product team.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the engineering culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in blockchain/Web3 development.
- Strong proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or similar languages for smart contract development.
- Deep understanding of blockchain concepts: consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and distributed systems.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Next.js) and Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js, wagmi).
- Proven track record of deploying secure and audited smart contracts on public networks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
