Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement high-scale blockchain architectures and smart contracts that support millions of users.
- AI Integration: Integrate advanced AI models into decentralized protocols to automate complex workflows and enhance user experiences.
- Roadmap Execution: Lead the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring feasibility and innovation across all product lines.
- Security & Scalability: Ensure system security, scalability, and interoperability across multi-chain environments (Ethereum, Solana, etc.).
- Tech Stack Innovation: Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (Zero-Knowledge Proofs, Layer 2 scaling, AI Agents).
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous technical architecture reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with 3+ years specifically in Web3, Blockchain, or Decentralized Systems.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go for blockchain development.
- AI Proficiency: Strong command of Python and modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) for model integration.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Security: Solid understanding of cryptographic principles and smart contract security best practices.
- Communication: Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
