Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, specifically within the technology or large-scale event sectors. You will source top-tier talent for complex engineering, IT operations, and data science roles essential for the event's success.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for critical technical roles, including DevOps, Network Engineering, and Data Science, specifically for the 2026 World Cup infrastructure.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social recruiting, networking) to identify passive candidates in the US and Canada.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and build talent pipelines for upcoming stadium projects.
- Conduct market research to benchmark salary packages and stay ahead of industry trends in sports technology.
- Represent the company at job fairs, tech meetups, and industry conferences to build brand awareness.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and transparent feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the technology, software development, or large-scale event industries.
- Proven success in placing hard-to-fill technical roles (e.g., Cloud Architects, Network Engineers, Cybersecurity).
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site recruitment events and stadium visits (as needed).
