Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for emerging tech roles (AI/ML Engineers, Quantum Developers, XR Architects)
- Develop innovative sourcing channels including GitHub, Kaggle, and academic partnerships for 2026 skillsets
- Lead interview process optimization using AI-driven assessment tools and behavioral science frameworks
- Analyze market trends to build predictive talent models for future technology domains
- Champion diversity initiatives through targeted outreach and inclusive hiring practices
- Implement data-driven metrics to track candidate experience and time-to-fill metrics
- Collaborate with Product Leadership to define future role requirements for 2026 product roadmap
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruiting experience with 3+ years in AI/quantum/XR domains
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through technical communities and conferences
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and AI recruiting tools
- Certified in Behavioral Interviewing (CBI) or equivalent competency-based assessment methodology
- Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment analytics and predictive modeling
- Experience building DEI-focused hiring programs for technical roles
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of hiring for emerging technologies with 2+ years in frontier tech sectors
