Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to fill critical engineering and technical roles for 2026 infrastructure projects.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from pipeline building and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand technical requirements and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify passive candidates.
- Enhance the employer brand to attract top technical talent in a competitive market.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize processes for efficiency and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the tech or large-scale event operations sectors.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill engineering roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Expert knowledge of Boolean search, social recruiting, and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Strong understanding of technical methodologies and ability to communicate effectively with engineering stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on delivering results.
- Passion for sports and international events is a major plus.
