Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to our new microservices architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Identify potential risks in the system design and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
