Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 release cycle, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Predictive System Design: Architect resilient, scalable systems that anticipate future market trends and user behaviors.
- AI & Automation Integration: Oversee the deployment of advanced AI agents and automation workflows to streamline enterprise operations.
- Tech Stack Modernization: Guide the migration from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures, ensuring zero downtime and maximum security.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex technical jargon into actionable insights for C-suite executives and product teams.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies like Quantum Computing and Edge IoT.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in designing microservices architectures.
- Cloud Proficiency: Advanced certification and hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
