Your Role:
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will own the organic search strategy. You will conduct deep-dive technical audits, manage complex link-building campaigns, and mentor junior members of the team. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible in search, this is your stage.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve site health and crawlability.
- Develop and execute high-level content strategies that align with user intent and search engine algorithms.
- Lead off-page SEO and link-building initiatives to acquire high-authority backlinks.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions) using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of SEO best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating significant traffic growth and ranking improvements.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR).
- Expert proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics 4.
- Experience with schema markup, AMP, and mobile-first indexing strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
