- Technical Mastery: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement improvements to enhance site speed, crawlability, and core web vitals.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute high-level content strategies based on deep keyword research, competitor analysis, and user intent.
- Off-Page Growth: Lead off-page SEO efforts, including building high-quality backlinks and managing outreach campaigns to boost domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and proprietary tools.
- Site Architecture: Optimize website structure and internal linking to ensure maximum SEO efficiency and user experience.
- Collaboration: Partner with developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into every aspect of the web presence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and documented ROI.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in technical SEO elements such as schema markup, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and site architecture.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable, high-impact strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
