Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum machine learning (QML) models for hybrid classical-quantum architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing AI pipelines.
- Conduct research into error mitigation and noise reduction techniques for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of quantum simulators running on high-performance clusters.
- Document technical findings and present complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging quantum computing trends and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML or quantum computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for quantum workloads.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
