Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Own and articulate the 2026 product vision, translating high-level business goals into actionable product roadmaps.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership to ensure alignment on project goals and success metrics.
- Product Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including prioritization, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and user feedback to iterate on products, ensuring high adoption rates and user satisfaction.
- Roadmap Execution: Drive the delivery of high-impact features that align with our annual and quarterly strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum), APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully launching complex products in competitive markets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
