Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for 2026 and beyond, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to delivery and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to prioritize features and remove blockers.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Build and maintain a robust product roadmap, communicating progress and changes effectively to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or Tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and their practical application.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to lead cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
