Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Architect and implement the long-term machine learning strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design Scalable Systems: Build robust, fault-tolerant ML pipelines capable of handling petabytes of data with low latency.
- Model Development: Develop and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models for predictive analytics and generative AI applications.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Deployment & MLOps: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline for machine learning, ensuring seamless model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Data Science, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
