Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale machine learning models, including Transformers and diffusion models.
- Optimize model inference performance to ensure real-time latency requirements are met in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, and Engineering) to integrate ML solutions into core products.
- Conduct rigorous research to stay ahead of industry trends in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and model explainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level ML models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
