Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for key positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Administer comprehensive benefits programs and ensure compliance with CA labor regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (SHRM-CP preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in Bakersfield or Central Valley
- Expert knowledge of CA labor laws and EEOC compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR experience essential)
- Proven success in developing talent pipelines for technical roles
- Exceptional conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
