- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations

- Lead employee engagement initiatives and resolve complex HR issues
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate insightful analytics
- Coordinate performance management processes and training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR coordination experience
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-CP/SCP designation
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR)
- Expert knowledge of Texas labor laws and EEOC regulations
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters
