Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with federal and Texas labor regulations
- Coordinate benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance reporting
- Analyze HR metrics to optimize workforce planning and retention strategies
- Lead training programs for leadership development and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in coordination/specialist roles
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday or SAP experience ideal)
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, EEOC, and Texas labor laws
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage confidential employee data with discretion
