Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for key positions
- Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution with confidentiality
- Oversee benefits administration, open enrollment, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring alignment with EEO and labor laws
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven improvements
- Coordinate training programs and performance management initiatives
- Act as primary point of contact for HRIS (Workday) administration and data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with talent acquisition focus
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent HR credentials preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal/state labor laws and HR compliance
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics reporting
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases
