Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 100+ employees across 5 departments
- Oversee employee onboarding programs with 95% satisfaction rate
- Administer benefits enrollment and compliance with Hawaii labor laws
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Lead HRIS data management and reporting systems
- Coordinate performance review cycles and training programs
- Handle employee relations matters and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive HR coordination experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification required
- Expertise in Hawaii labor regulations and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in high-volume recruitment environments
