Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social networking (LinkedIn, etc.), to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing the entire interview process logistics.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales/recruiting environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation is required.
