Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee relations programs, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with federal and state regulations
- Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment, and wellness initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Lead training programs for new hires and professional development workshops
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate workforce analytics reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR coordination experience in tech or manufacturing
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of Colorado labor laws and EEOC regulations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday or SAP preferred)
- Proven experience managing multi-state compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholder experience
