Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for high-growth tech clients
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Texas labor laws
- Manage employee relations programs and conflict resolution
- Analyze HR metrics to optimize talent acquisition strategies
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding experiences for 200+ employees
- Lead compensation benchmarking and performance review processes
- Partner with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 5+ years of HR coordination experience in tech/consulting
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment cycles
- Knowledge of Austin's talent market and competitive landscape
