Responsibilities
- Design and fine-tune large-scale transformer models for diverse commercial applications.
- Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to maximize model accuracy and relevance.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI outputs to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, pre-training, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
