We are seeking a visionary Senior Generative AI Architect to spearhead our R&D efforts for the 2026 AI Revolution. In this pivotal role, you will define the technical roadmap for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.

Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and generative models capable of handling complex, real-world data streams by 2026.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives exploring emerging AI paradigms, including agentic workflows and autonomous AI agents.
- Model Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy through advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leadership to translate technical roadmaps into actionable product features.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent extensive industry experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed training frameworks (e.g., Ray, Horovod).
- LLM Proficiency: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Software Engineering: Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
