Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI pipelines and infrastructure.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for high-volume applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products seamlessly.
- Establish best practices for model security, bias mitigation, and governance.
- Lead technical mentorship and code reviews for junior engineers and data scientists.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, NLP, and Multimodal models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3, Claude) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
