Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026 horizon) across AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026 market dominance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Author predictive reports on industry disruption and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Build and lead a specialized futurist research team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certificate from World Future Society or similar preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
