Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive 8-week technical training program covering equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and safety protocols
- Assist senior technicians with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial systems
- Document service activities using digital reporting tools and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn technical software
