Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership
- Identify and quantify emerging technology disruptors
- Produce trend analysis reports with actionable recommendations
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions
- Present future-state visions to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-digital convergence
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling skills
