Responsibilities

- Advise executive leadership on long-term R&D investments and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership papers and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech roadmaps into commercial offerings
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technological shifts affecting 2026 landscape
- Mentor junior futurists and build future-thinking capabilities across org
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complexity to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review, HBR, or equivalent
- Experience advising C-suite on 5+ year strategic horizons
