Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to anticipate disruptive technologies

- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical AI adoption and workforce transformation
- Establish cross-functional innovation pipelines between R&D and commercial teams

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies

- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
