Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to map 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies with 3-5 year implementation frameworks
- Lead interdisciplinary workshops to transform futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation adoption and future-readiness metrics
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused industry transformations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking expertise
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation initiatives
- Published author or speaker at global futurism conferences
