Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps and market positioning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry journals and global forums
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate frontier technology investments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in technology trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., synthetic biology, Web3, quantum resilience)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or technology strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, backcasting)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term innovation strategies
