Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative trend analysis using proprietary AI-powered foresight platforms
- Design immersive futures-thinking workshops for enterprise stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging innovation patterns
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures research domains
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) essential
