Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, blockchain, and sustainable technologies
- Produce executive-level future-state reports and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation roadmaps with market disruptors
- Manage horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-7 year impact potential
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for global stakeholders
- Drive adoption of future-proofing methodologies across all departments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
- Experience scaling foresight programs in enterprise environments
