Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-focused strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 societal needs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
