- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy and product development
- Design and facilitate immersive future scenario workshops for executive teams and key stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Manage a portfolio of experimental ventures with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented innovation initiatives
