Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks mapping technological, societal, and market trends through 2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author influential thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
