Responsibilities
- Analyze 2026+ tech trends (quantum, biotech, climate AI) and translate insights into actionable roadmaps
- Lead 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives across 15+ emerging technology verticals
- Architect strategic innovation portfolios with $50M+ annual impact potential
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Manage partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and global accelerators
- Mentor 10+ futurists in our emerging talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology implications (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record of turning foresight into commercialized products/services
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Deep network with global innovation hubs (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Palantir, Trendalyzer)
