Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with corporate vision and market disruptors
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and assess commercial viability
- Design future scenario models and stress-test business strategies against potential disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions for sustainable development
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data narratives
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, technology forecasting)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and persuasive storytelling ability
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or APF) a plus
