- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into product development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Represent company vision at global forums like World Economic Forum and TED Future
- Mentor junior futurists while cultivating a culture of anticipatory leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-differentiating products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI implications, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
