Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, society, and economics to identify disruptive forces by 2026
- Develop and maintain scenario models for market evolution, geopolitical shifts, and technological breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-facing strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic briefings for executive decision-making
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Translate complex futures thinking into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Advise on emerging technology adoption curves and market readiness timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience working with agile methodologies and product development cycles
